Australia's 70.3 World Champion Tim Reed joins us this week. Tim doesn't come from a high performance background. He didn't even start swimming properly until his late teens. But he is a great example of what you can achieve with a lot of consistent, hard work over a number of years. Tim did Ironman NZ when he was 18 as a challenge with his friends, having barely ridden more than 80km and since then he's gone on to become one of the world's best triathletes. There's so much you can take from this interview...Tim opens up about pre-race anxiety, explains why he's still working on the art of recovery and gives us his thoughts about the Brownlees going longer.
