Our interviewee this week is British age group athlete Ruth Purbrook. Ruth did her first triathlon in 2013 and has developed quickly. She had a cracking season in 2016 under coach Will Clarke, crossing the line as first female age grouper at Ironman 70.3 Mallorca, winning her Age Group at the 70.3 European Championships (Wiesbaden) and finishing third in her age group at the 70.3 World Championships. Ruth talks about how she's got faster in the swim... and why she's not turning Pro quite yet.
