Results: Emma Pooley wins and Joel Jameson 7th at Embrunman in the French Alps, Graeme Stewart and Nikki Bartlett win the Scottish Middle Distance championships at Aberfeldy, Rachel Joyce finished 3rd at 70.3 Timberman where Potts and Naeth take the wins, Lucy Gossage takes 2nd overall at the Monster Middle (Sam Village takes the win.)
