This episode we have a great interview with Caroline Livesey - recently 2nd at Ironman UK in Bolton and 3rd at Ironman Lanzarote. What might surprise you is that Caroline works full time as an engineer and fits in her training around a very busy work and family life. We figured that we could pick up some great tips from her, and we weren't disappointed!
