Interview - Claire Shea-Simmonds is a two time Kona qualifier, and last year she finished 7th overall at Ironman Wales - with the fastest marathon of ALL THE FEMALES! She shares her story with us, including tips for acclimating to the heat of Kona, and strategies for success on the Ironman Wales course.

Results: Emma Pooley wins and Joel Jameson 7th at Embrunman in the French Alps, Graeme Stewart and Nikki Bartlett win the Scottish Middle Distance championships at Aberfeldy, Rachel Joyce finished 3rd at 70.3 Timberman where Potts and Naeth take the wins, Lucy Gossage takes 2nd overall at the Monster Middle (Sam Village takes the win.)
