On this week's show, we speak to GB Age Grouper Kerry McGawley who will be competing in the upcoming ITU Winter Triathlon world championships in Zeltweg, Austria. Kerry won her age group at the 2011 ETU Winter Triathlon European Champs and has lined up in the elite field in a number of ETU winter tri European cup races. Kerry fills us in on how to do a transition in -20 degrees, why cross country skiing is so good for endurance athletes and she talks about some of the latest sports science studies she's conducting.
