Stunning scenery and blue skies

Stunning scenery and blue skies

The camp will be suitable for anyone looking for a challenging triathlon training week. We aim to make the atmosphere friendly and welcoming, organising rides for different abilities each day.

Every day you will have the option to swim, bike and run. Cycling will make up the majority of the training, and options will vary from two to six hour options on most days. Given this, it will make a perfect early season cycling-focussed tri-camp for anyone racing Ironman or 70.3 during the summer of 2015.

The camp will be limited to 20 athletes to ensure that everyone will receive a high standard of coaching and support from our coaches.

Camp plan

The focus for these camps is enjoyable early season training in the sun with good company. The occasional bit of competition on climbs – just for fun!  Each day will involve options to swim, bike and run: guided group rides around the island, coached swim sessions and run options. All sessions will be optional with no pressure to complete.

Cycle routes will include the coastal roads and white sand dunes south of Corralejo, and the stunning mountains through Betancuria and Pajara. Did we mention the miles of smooth tarmac?
