This week we have recent Ironman New Zealand Terenzo Bozzone champion on the show. One of the nicest professional athletes on the circuit, Terenzo seem to have been around forever, despite only being 33 years old - he won his first elite World Championship back in 2001, when he was only fifteen! Along the way, he's racked up 32 wins over the 70.3 distance, and 22 National titles!
We take about his epic race-record breaking win, becoming the first athlete to go sub 8 hours on what is a very challenging course. Plus, we hear about his recovery strategy for after races - clearly effective, as he went on to win 70.3 races on back to back weekends immediately after the New Zealand win!
