We love bringing you interviews with interesting and inspiring people on the Oxygen Addict Triathlon Podcast and this week is no different. Moire O'Sullivan is not a triathlete, but she is most certainly a very talented athlete! She is a three time winner of Ireland's National Adventure Racing Series. As an accomplished mountain runner, she was the first person to complete the 100km Wicklow Round. She also happens to be a mum of two young boys and she is author of the brilliant book Bump, Bike and Baby, Mummy's gone adventure racing. The book is a wonderful account of how Moire goes from being a carefree athlete to a champion adventure racer and a stay-at-home mum of two.
