This week we catch up with GB Olympian and 2013 Triathlon World Champion Non Stanford. Non talks openly about the Rio 2016 Olympics, when she just missed out on the podium, finishing fourth behind her best friend and housemate Vicky Holland. She tells us about the highs of 2013 when, as reigning U23 World Champion, she became World Champion. And the lows of 2014 which was ruined by injuries. Non also speaks about her dream of competing on the track for Wales and why the Commonwealth Games in 2018 might be the perfect opportunity.
